Wandering the streets of Poblenou in 2015 I couldn’t understand or believe how so many old factories and buildings stood empty and neglected.

Steps from the beach and with tons of character I knew they would make the perfect home for the next generation of workers.

Our love and specialty is in creating your company’s inspiring new headquarters “HQ” in @22. Most often this is in spaces greater than 500m2 when you have outgrown co-working and need a home to call your own.

We retain the original character and charm of our buildings whilst updating them for the modern workplace needs for work, play and rest.

We focus on whatever our specific client needs in their HQ taking into consideration brand, company culture and atmosphere.

Your staff, customers and partners will love your custom built HQ.

We work with various local designers and artisans and are just as happy to work with your choice of designer.
